Imagine
for a moment that you have been transported into the StarTrek
universe, able to interact with crewmembers, pickup and fire
a phaser or perhaps stare out of the ships view ports. The more
sadistic could even try their hand at assassinating crewmembers
they've revered for so long, we know we did.
Ravens
latest FPS (First Person Shooter) title allows you to do just
that and more, it puts you into the 'StarTrek: Voyager' meld
and places you into a specialised team of crewmembers designed
to blow stuff up.
It's
life Jim but…
Complete the above sentence and you've probably spent far too
much time dreaming about space, big star ships and aliens. That
makes you a prime candidate for Elite Force, or in its fullest
sense, 'StarTrek: Voyager - Elite Force', a game based on shooting
aliens and saving the galaxy, of course.
Those
familiar with StarTrek will recognise the now matured and near
ending saga of the Voyager crew, who dubiously got stranded
in the Delta quadrant after somebody spilt coco on the dashboard,
ok we lie. Still, it's a strong series and arguably the best
since 'The Next Generation' ended and that poor excuse for a
show, 'Deep Space Nine', turned up.
