Here's another Q3A image that I snapped without FSAA enabled. "Jaggies" everywhere! Click for a larger image.

Same thing as before, edges look a lot smoother. Could be better though.

Now onto the D3D based games. During testing of the FSAA feature we turned the slider all the way up to maximum Anti-Aliasing. While testing without FSAA we had the slider all the way down.
