The VIce heatsink comes with a preinstalled adhesive thermal pad so it's really easy to install, once the lapping have been done that is. I recommend taking off the fan from the heatsink before you stick it to the board. This just makes it easier to work with. Here's a pic of the the video card with the VIce II Xtreme installed and ready to test.

15 minutes of Unreal looping was enough to heat the chip at it's max temperature. All temperatures readings were taken with the temp. Probe that comes with my motherboard. I shut down the computer between each test to let the card cool down. All tests were done with the case open.
