Installation

I'm getting tired of writing this section as installation could not get any easier unless the card jumped out of the box and installed itself. 3dfx's manual is also very descriptive in explaining the proper method of installation, and offers tips and phone numbers of tech support you would need to contact if something does go astray during installation.

Drivers!

3dfx has done a great job with this set of drivers. The latest driver version, 4.12.01.0636 is chalk full of features and have full WHQL certification. To achieve this Microsoft's blessing 3dfx had to remove both the overclocking panel and the option to disable VSYNC. 3dfx circumvented this by offering the overclocking utility and option to disable VSYNC as a downloadable add-on from their website.
