"I want to include a water-cooling system to this case so I don't consider it done."

I also rounded my IDE cable using some blue split loom. First of all it helps the internal airflow of the case, and the cables also look much neater this way. To round one's IDE cables all that you really need to do are taking a pocketknife; slide it along in between the wires (every 5 or so). Be careful not to cut a wire, as it will lead to compromised data integrity. If you need some more help with this fairly simple procedure, links in our resource center will help you out.

That's about it for now. I want to include a water-cooling system to this case so I don't consider it done. I still have a few parts missing for this project though. If I can find the time, I'd also like to build myself a baybus to control all these fans. For those wondering, the two LCDs in the front are CompuNurses, read this article for more details. Now here are a few pictures of the case after all those mods.
